We always wondered why people took the negative approach. When we heard about “Casual Catholics” we just imagined comfortable Catholics. And thus, The Casual Catholic was born.
Life gets busier and busier still. The way of the world is increasingly hectic, frantic, manic and sporadic. Emergencies don’t take weekends off. You might not have the time to carve out for Church every Sunday, much less time to dress in your Sunday best.
Maybe you had to skip Church for the mandatory team meeting at work. Maybe you were stuck on the phone navigating bad news. Maybe your time was filled with Good Works, volunteering, taking the weekend to help a friend move or just helping out with household chores.
None of that should stop you from spreading a message of Peace and Love to your neighbors, and to strangers. Whether time got lost, you need to say it from six feet, or from across the street, The Casual Catholic has your back!
